This blog is a project by Ed Buckley to learn the use of social media tools and their possible application in the enterprise.
After various leadership roles in construction, corporate real estate, workplace strategy, workforce planning, shared services and strategic sourcing internationally, I’m learning how to make use of social media tools in the workplace and how they support learning and team development.
I’ve been lucky enough to have worked on some Award-winning projects including the Millennium Dome, Capital One’s Plano People Center campus and various alternative and advanced workplace programs within the USA and UK.
Sometimes I think I should have stuck to real estate, but most of the time I think this is much more fun.
My other focus is i am frisco, a Leadership Frisco class project. I’m using my role there to experiment in the use of social media to bring volunteers and not for profit organizations together
